Ficus sagittata ‘Radicans’

Ficus sagittata ‘Radicans’ gives you pointed leaves and fast, trailing growth. You get a fine-textured look that works well on shelves and in hanging pots. Place your plant in bright, indirect light. It also copes with some shade; growth will slow. Let the top of the soil dry before you water again. Keep watering regular so stems do not dry out fully. Trim long runners to keep the plant compact. Turn the pot often so the growth stays even.

You can place Ficus sagittata ‘Radicans’ outside in the UK during warm summer months. Choose light shade and a sheltered spot. The dense trailing growth gives cover for small insects. These insects support local birds. Bring the plant back inside when night temperatures fall near 12°C.

This plant suits you if you want soft trailing growth with simple care. You get quick coverage, neat leaves, and a tidy plant that fits busy homes.
